1. Application:
1.1 The VTG series vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnaces are mainly used for vacuum bright gas quenching of materials including cold/hot die steel, high-speed steel, die steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and titanium alloys, and also used for vacuum removal of hydrogen and vacuum brazing of titanium alloys, etc.
2. Features:
2.1 Convenient operation, free manual/automatic conversion, fully automatic control can be realized for complete avoidance of failure in manual operation during work.
2.2 Perfect alarm system can protect the equipments effectively.
2.3 Gas quenching pressure can be regulated according to different materials so as to save the cost.
2.4 Horizontal and vertical furnaces are provided. For long-rod and overweight workpieces, vertical vacuum quenching furnaces with charge batch from the bottom can be adopted to realize vacuum quenching, solution treatment, aging treatment and brazing, etc. for oversized, overweight and overlong workpieces.
3. Reference for type selection
3.1 Customers can select graphite heaters or metal heaters in accordance with the practical conditions of your enterprises, or select 6 bar or 10 bar cooling pressure in accordance with the properties of materials to be treated.
3.2 Except for conventional models, our company can design various vacuum furnaces of special specifications according to the needs of customers.
